Payment and cancellation policies for Egypt's Hub

Please note the following:-

  • The cruise program is subject to be changed without prior notice due to the navigation circumstances, the visit might change is sequence but not in visit, kindly inform your clients prior to their arrival.
  • Kindly note that all rates based on the current entrance fees, fuel, exchange rate, taxes etc. should the government approve any increase for any item, kindly note that we reserve the rights to adjust the rates according to that increase.
  • We kindly asked you to advise any special meals plan or food type for the special requests and on return we will do our utmost to confirm your request. Noting that some special meal might be subject to addition fees.
  • We kindly ask you to advise the flight arrangements for round trip ticket, so we can build up our operation accordingly.

Payment policy

  • A booking fees of US $ 100 per person nonrefundable to be paid upon reciving your request to proceed with the booking
  • Rest of the amount should be paid upon sending you the full confirmation

 

Cancellation policy

 

During the normal period

  • Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival date suject to US $ 100.00 per person (booking fees)
  • Cancellation 89 day to 61 days subject to 10% plus US $ 100.00 per person (booking fees)
  • Cancellation 60 days to 45 days prior to arrival date subject to 50% plus US $ 100.00 per person (booking fees)
  • Cancellation 44 days to 30 days prior to arrival date subject to 75% plus US $ 100.00 per person (booking fees)
  • Cancellation less than 29 days subject to no refund

During the high season and internatonal hoildays

  • Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival date suject to US $ 100.00 per person (booking fees)
  • Cancellation 89 day to 61 days subject to 50% plus US $ 100.00 per person (booking fees)
  • Cancellation 60 days to 45 days prior to arrival date subject to 75% plus US $ 100.00 per person (booking fees)
  • Cancellation less than 44 days to 30 days prior to arrival date subject no refund
  • The normal period means that all the year around except the high and peak seasons (the Christmas, New year, Easter, August and all the other public holidays either local or international)

 

If the client fail to pay the amount as per the avove schedule or within the time limit for payment we will consider that clients are no longer wish to proceed with the booking, in such case booking will be subject to be canceled automatically and your booking will be subject to aviliablity if you wish to be allocated again.
